Hints & Kinks Before The Call
- dress appropriately for weather, type of call, etc.
- keep other cloths in your car: boots, jeans, warm cloths, etc.
- Remember the garage team bins.
- make sure your pager is ON! Check squelch to test.
- pager test is every Monday at 6 p.m./Fire department test is at the same time.
- you are not able to go on a call for 8 hours after alcohol consumption.
- lay out your clothing at night for quick dressing.
- there are mints in the rig. We don't want the patients running away because of our breath!
