Everything Else!


Each crew member is subscribed to two email lists.

  1. Whatever team you are on is the second list you are subscribed to. Simply address your email to the appropriate group and all the members of that group will receive your email. Note that if you are on team1 you CANNOT send an email to team2 or team3 etc.
  2. You can only send and receive from registered email accounts. If you have more than one email account that you use on a regular basis, please let us know so we can add that account to the system.
  3. To see everyone who is on a specific list, view the list archives, or administer your list preferences go to:
  4. You are emailed a reminder every month of your password to access your account preferences. If you need it or have forgotten it. Go to the needed list above and there is an option to email you the password to your email account. Then you can log in. You can even set your password so it will be the same for both lists!
